yes it is a very important issue, but from past experience threads like this will be completely ignored by the dev's 
your only hope, our only hope, is for it to be reported in:
a) the patch/RC bug report thread (which doesnt even exist for the last RC2)
b) the sticky post in this forum titled " 1C Team Questions and Requests (open)", which is closed right now and might only be re-opened briefly for 1 or 2 days prior to the next RC
c) the other forum with the bug feedback threads where people can vote on their importance (but hasnt been read by luthier and Co for nearly a yr i believe)
so your best chance is option b) above, so when you see the thread reopen (" 1C Team Questions and Requests (open)") , be ready to pounce with whatever last bug requests you might want to get in, and dont miss the last boat, it might well be our last chance to resolve it
