Hey, I have a pretty good PC that can run CloD on the highest settings with about 50-80 FPS and sometimes even above that. I dont really know about the prices and stuff since I dont live nor bought my PC in the US. but who knows maybe you will find it useful.
So my PC specs are:
CPU: i7 3770k 3.5 GHz
Video Card : Asus GTX 670 2GB TOP edition (Its a Nvidia card)
RAM: GSKILL 16GB
Im running it on Windows 7 64bit, and 2.5TB of storage.
I hope this helps you get a nice PC to run everything on Max, again I dont know about the prices for this parts.
