I do just about have a reactor in there
2 x 1500W PSU's and the system can peak at 2.5KW under full load in a game.
Yes I run everything maxed out and have zero problems with game stability and butter smooth. Because SLI doesnt work im only using 1 card at normal 1920x1080 res. Occasionally I run the game in surround @ 6048x1080 and thats the only time SLI actually works properly across all 4 cards and it works smoothly too but I have to turn a couple features down to keep FPS above 30.
