I was getting a crash when trying to save tracks where the window containing previously saved tracks etc would pop up from windows but not show properly, so I could see the files but couldn't hit save etc and CoD would crash. I reinstalled the game from fresh and also did
JTDawg's fix which sorted the problem for me.
