I am unsure if there is a way to keep them in them...They are getting out because they are being shot at...it is like some werid default coding to get out of light vehicles like Trucks nad bikes and they will also demount Mortars and sometimes MGs if theytake fire....Yeah, its annoying..but I am unsure how to stop it...I dont think you can.
