That's alright, if I were to speculate I'd say it will be free-to-play because that's what War Thunder and World of Warplanes are doing and if you wanna compete against free, you'd better offer free as well. In all scenarios there will probably be premium content though, for example, regular and probably some other ammo will be free to refill but if you want those HE super duper shells that the 109-e4 has then maybe that will be premium to pay.
