Greetings Pilots!
Since those of us who showed up to last night's flying seemed to have a good time I thought we'd organize for it again.
Tuesday May 22nd @ 8:30pm EST (Toronto, Canada Time)
Join us on the
ACG Server and
ACG Teamspeak for group operations to repel the hun as it attempts to crush our coastal CH stations!
There will be several raids to repel including:
- Small Me110 attack against Rye CH!
- The raid on Ventnor CH and Gosport! 20+ w/ escorts!
- The combined attacks of 109s, 110s, and Do17s on RAF Manston! 30+!
- Randomly vectored flights of 109s at high altitude that can attack at any time!
A note about the missions: The raids on ACG Server are scheduled to take place to allow pilots who head to one raid to have a full engagement and then get back to take off for the next one, as such depending on the server time, specific raids may or may not be happening. The full suite of raids takes about 4 hours to run through and includes more than the ones listed above.
All of these missions have been fully tested and played. What's missing? YOU!
If you don't have a squadron or flying mates to bring with you and put up a fighter group, join up with the guys already flying. Squadrons are advised to wait until the TAKE-OFF TIME of 8:45pm before heading out from their airfield to allow for people to link up with them. Feel free to organize a flight here in the thread! Most historical airfields are available to use with historical squadrons and aircraft stationed there. There are a few 'free use' open airfields that allow any aircraft type and any aircraft squadron code (Ford AF and Lympne AF come to mind).
So join us on Tuesday May 22nd and we'll send Jerry packing!
TAKE-OFF: 8:45pm EST
NOTE TO BLUE PILOTS!
Please feel free to join us! Grab a few mates and put up a fighter sweep. The briefings on the server are dynamic and change over time, so check the briefing to see what action is happening where and head for it! There are plenty of AI random RAF fighter sweeps as well as AI RAF fighters that participate in some of the raids. So there's plenty to shoot at.
