Pootnoodles there is some evidence that hyperthreading should be turned OFF for gaming. Alot of games stutter with hyperthreading enabled. Turn it off and start up CLOD and compare. Although i would personally thing that its only down to bad coding of CLOD.
I have a constant FPS of 60 which is my screen refresh rate but i still have stutters with a clnstant FPS so its not the CPU or the GPU just bad coding...
