Ok.. I think I understand why developers are not allowed to post updates as they want because they are bound by a contract with the publishers. But one thing I do not understand is the erratic way that updates appear?
At the beginning of this forum Oleg said, that he hoped that updates would come "every 2-3 weeks or so". I think it has been a little longer than that this time
Would it not be in a contract how often updates could be posted by the developers? And would a contract not contain what content was allowed to be showed? Or are contract not that precise and only specifie the rough outline of what is allowed?
And are developers not allowed to tell that it has limitations regarding updates put on them by the publishers?
Just curious to how it all works
