You always have to look for the latest drivers at Nvidia/ATI website, MSI is a partner, they have drivers in theirs websites but its Nvidia/ATI who make new builds so as soon there a new public build its published in their website.

You should look for the version of your Os and the Bits when you are looking for a driver upgrade (DX9,DX10,DX11, are all included with the exception of XP which is DX9 only), for example Windows 7 - 64 Bits.
