"Most" does not mean "everyone". Check out all the positive reports.
The purpose of this patch is not to make customers happy but to collect bugreports from unhappy customers as stated in the patch notes.
Please test, experiment with different settings, try different hardware and drivers, check programs running in the backgraound and report issues and solutions to the devs and community if you want. Or revert back to old version and wait till official patch. Maybe it will not work
on your system if you do not provide feedback to alpha now though.
BTW. Most of complainers do not even care to include their system specs to their sigs. No wonder they have issues.
