That's not how rendering bugs work. It's not a problem with the user's PC. It's a problem with the renderer not working well on the user's PC. That means there's a problem with the patch.
For example I get better performance out of this patch, and the game runs much smoother for me (though it crashed 4 times before I could even get into the game
). My squadmate however, had a crash-to-desktop after about 30 minutes of flying.
Does that mean it's his problem? No, it means it's 1C's problem.

It
IS a bug in CoD. A bug that only seems to affect certain hardware configurations.
