The first one is the one with the cache directory, i.e.

You can del everything in that folder.. When the game starts it will rebuild the contents of that folder
The second folder does not and should not have a cache folder, so don't look for it there
PS wrt the 2nd folder, the (x86) is for 64 bit systems, 32 bit will not have that |
