Yes, I am running the Service Pack 1.
The current drivers of my graphics card is "7.15.11.6906" according to the device manager. I have to check out what "Forceware 175" is.

Then you have the Forceware 169.06 which is rather old (but what the performance gain is going to 175 is naturally hard to tell, they claim OpenGL performance improvements in the 175 readme). The current version is 175.16 - download it here (64 bit Vista version):
