People had their installations ruined, and be it intentional or not someone had to spend his valuable time to fix the mess in his own PC. If I were one of them I would be quite angry.
As sympathetic as I can be towards Foobar, all I can ask is to reduce his ban to a more reasonable week or two, for the sake of his valuable contributions to the game and his long standing honorable membership.
Phat, from your own words you know that it's the right thing to do, please reduce Foobar's ban!
