If someone thinks he bought a faulty game there is a lot of help and instructions in the internet on how to get a refund. Please proceed according to them ASAP. Generally it is contacting support of the seller (Steam, UBI or other store).

Yes it was playable even on lower systems at reasonably reduced resolution or in Windowed mode. Incredible for such a monster sim with all the details modelled IMO.
