Will BOB include proper multi engine mangement?
i.e. separate throttle axis, cowl controls, start switches etc. rather than the select an engine method in IL-2. (Quad throttles etc. are getting very common nowadays...)

Will it include mixture control as well?

Will AI pilots read the pilots notes and use Cruise speed settings rather than flying everywhere at a flat out top speed that you can't match without your engine blowing up?
