Oh, one last one:
Cannot change view to outside of the plane or another plane in tracks recorded online despite enabling 'edit views' etc - it appears that the realism settings of the server continue to be applied. So I still can't find out how I was actually killed or who killed me!
That's a lot of issues for one game!
