Try X-Fire instead of Hyperlobby, it shows more servers including some Russian ones which are more likely to have VVS vs Luftwaffe scenarios.
Skies of Valor sometimes has some good eastern front maps, but only one not so great one in the current rotation. They change their rotation every month or so. Closed pit but with external views.
