I've done countless Google searches and tried as many solutions as I can find and nothing has worked.
Does anyone have any ideas?

Hey m8 I had same problems few months ago with catalyst..its a win 64 bit random bug..and they ATI and Micro seems to be unable to solve it ..( I have a deja vu' here..remember me something regarding COD?...
..is it possible???..naa just an impression)
Anyway I solved this( i hope to remember correctly) something related with frameworks (Remove all versions of Microsoft .Net Frameworks ).
Do you have the latest .net framework installed?
