Your PC isn't powerful enough, you see, this game is actually a year 2023 game. You have to find a time machine and travel in to the future, there you can acquire a rig powerful enough (nuclear class) to run this game in full settings...except for forests of course, leave that setting on low. This is unless, of course, they have released the performance patch by then...oh wait! I just came back from a Friday update in 2020 "We were juuuuust about to upload the patch to Steam III but it seems the pilots boots are causing an unexpected anomaly in the graphics engine, we are glad however to report that the performance has now increased 23 x 104%.
