We developed a test map just to make sure there wasn't a problem on our end. In single player, both man made and FMB bases did not disappear. This includes moving carrier spawn points. However, when applied to multiplayer, the bases that were "man' made, INCLUDING the moving carrier spawn points would disappear after respawning only ONE time. Please provide the problematic mission and server log if available (not eventlog, the error log).
Error log is enabled by putting this:

LOGFILE=log.lst
LOGKEEP=1
in server confs.ini section [Console]. Or conf.ini if you don't use dedicated server.
