I can't tell you. That's why I posed it as a question.
I have known many companies, in all manner of situations, who have operated in such a fashion so I just wondered if that may be the case here.
A lot of people cling to the "Friday Updates" and wonder aloud "Could it be this friday?" so I am not alone in thinking that.
