I should add that once you have everything right, turn on the cloud. If you don't, you will need to select that folder you made/and press load...each time you start the game...good luck
EDIT: If nothing works properly, you may have to reinstall steam and the game...Steam! it is buggy at times, I think the cloud corrupts the files
