The post I made concerning the crashing issue can be resolved. I've seen other players had some problems with video cutscenes during missions.
All videos in the games are played by the library binkw32.dll. You can find it under the bin folder of the game.
So My crashing issue was coming from a cutscene and I then tested other versions of binkw32.dll. I found one with no crashing http://www.dll-files.com/binkw32.zip?0WFmO0WIiU

Just replace your blinkw32.dll by this one and it does the trick.
