Some of the footage in the first link is Eastern front stuff... Some is propaganda with captured aircraft...I can't be sure about the rest.
I wouldn't say the commentator is an idiot, but whoever paid him and wrote his lines sure is

(Ok, I'm being pedantic, I know). Remember that one where the guy talks about modern soviet fighters introduced in 1941, and the clip shows a MiG-15? That was golden.
Back on topic, I think guncams were introduced before the war, but the footage probably wasn't interesting enough to put into a "blockbuster" style psuedo-documentary. Instead we get the same recycled stuff, often repeating many times throughout the episode.
