I asked this too in the german Ubisoft forum and I got the answer:
"Welcome to WWII"
I mean he was kinda right, but anyway I have the same problem as well! Its really hard to understand certain (or even worse: most) parts of the Radio transmissions...
The german RT are a lot better to understand (but maybe its because i'm a native german speaker.... i dunno)
In case of the german RT, there are more problems of wrong adaption..... e.g. you get the writings "ja den Nazi hast du erwischt" (Yeah, you got that Nazi!) or sth like that
Kinda funny to hear that, when you shot a Hurricane in flames
