I still cant seem to get gore (dead pilots and blood in cockpits) or swastikas, or the nice looking water. Water is set to 4, HakenAllowed is 1 and HighGore is also 1, and nothing  . Ad if I remember correctly, I had bigger view distance and moutains on slovakia looked less edgy.
Tried Treetop64's conf.ini but didnt help
