. Its like the solarcells an Houses, they just produce energy when they get light. So the small solarthing is perfectly for that because a small lightsource is eneough to start making that amount of energy u need for the Leds to shine.
Its a cheap solution, try it for a few pounds, if it not works (it will ) u can still buy a expensive duracell Battery like in ur first link up there, but that one is overkill for ur Trackclippro...It`s like u have a 1000 Watt Powersupply for ur Pentium 1 with 150 Mghz...
