I was experimenting with this skin in Targetware six seven years ago.
Actually they are doing it wrong. you have to put that layer under the paint, like it was in Targetware. You then do some chips in the skin and the shiny metal becomes visible. You don't put shiny metal effect on top of the paint. The game i think has this effect done, but since the last patch all the lighting was messed up and the metal reflections are pretty much gone. |
