ok, another fix for you to try courtesy of the CH hangar. after I thought I fixed the issue, my throttle stopped responding. here is what fixed it for me.

Scroll down and you will see one or more 'USB Root Hub' headings. Right click and select 'Properties' and select the 'Power Management' tab there you will see a check box that allows Windows to turn off the device to save power. Do this for each of the 'USB Root Hub' entries

Also: I noticed that I had to remap my fighter stick because it somehow decided un-center itself and moved up and to the left of the center axis.
