Default "The Setup has detected that no version of Off-Road Drive is installed."
Trying to patch Non Steam version and getting error:

"The Setup has detected that no version of Off-Road Drive is installed."

"The Update requires a previous version of the game to be installed."
Setup cannot continue

Any ideas? have done a complete reinstall and tried running patch from within game directory.

Windows 7 64
AMD X3 2.9ghz
2gb DDR3 RAM
Geforce GTS 450
