your advices leaded me finally to the solution.
I tried to run all 4 programs, last one didnt work (c++), and that reminded me that i havent installed the service packs after reinstalling windows.
, I just installed Windows and patched it by AutoPatcher, but this method doesnt installs the Service Packs.
So i installed them both manuell, and afterwards patched Windows again.
Finally it works!! Seems there are some troubleshooting Patches for Memory Issues in SP1 and SP2.
