I see from the OP's join date he probably missed all the weekly updates and promises we used to get, and he is too stupid / lazy / ignorant / whatever to use the search function.
As for why a lot of paying customers (lets call a spade a spade eh
) are not replying, they probably have him on 'ignore'...
