That may be it....all though I would have figured the techs who put my hardware in would have done all the necessary updating.
I knew I should have done all this myself rather than let them at my pc. But now they have it again...hopefully they do as you have suggested. He did say it sounds like a software issue rather than a bad card...keeping my fingers crossed here.
I will speak with the teck later today and ask him about that. I do hope its not a bad card...I waited long time to get it not to mention the cost of it.
