Depends on content and price, I would expect a few aircraft, new maps and added features etc. Bug fixes should be free.
If people want COD to continue then developers aren't going to do it for nothing. I really find it laughable that some quibble over a few $10 for this quality BOB sim, you have to pay for quality, even if it has "features"
.. and games like this, that aren't main-stream with fewer patrons, need to charge more.
