Sadly it's not even easily possible to buy the international version for the same Steam account, if you have already bought the Russian one - that's the only reason I spelled out the filename for you. |
A lot of people got the Russian version, not because it was cheaper, but because it was released before the rest of the world.
So before you try to look down on someone, make sure you are well informed about the isue.
