I remember back quite awhile ago, when I was running an AMD system, we were advised to take the il2.core.dll and copy it to documents and rename it to il2.core4.dll and replace the core4.dll in your IL2 folder, I always did that on my AMD FX53 system and the game ran great. I remember faintly that the core4 dll had something to do with Intel systems. You can try this, I tried it on my system I'm using now which is an Intel system and did not notice any problems, of course I put it back to the original. Back up the original il2.core4.dll and try it. It can't hurt.
