I've fixed this now. Another silly mistake.
The Airwarfare download has been updated.
If you want to save your progress when updating, copy only the new .dlls into the TEFCampaign folder. That way it won't overwrite the current campaign.
Ned, that's sounds like a general AI bug to me.
