It's a Hs 293 anti-ship guided missile. It was included IL-2 1946 on He 111 H-16 (and on Do 217 too).

Well, it was a transport, not bomber. (Actually it was a developement of Ju 90, which was designed as an airliner, but served mainly as a transport). The closest it came to combat plane was its use as a long range maritime patrol aircraft, shadowing allied convoys over Atlantic and directing U-boats. Its exceptional endurance enabled it to routinely stay airborne for 15 hours (and more if needed) during these missions. I believe its structural integrity and passive defense were optimized for transport, not bomber roles. Had it been thrown into the frey, it would as such suffer badly versus fighters. Had it been modified enough for bomber missions (strengthened airframe, added armour etc), it would loose much of its impressive range and speed.

To be frank, I think there are a lot more bombers that we need more than this, although Ju 290 certainly is impressive, no doubt about that. I'd certainly prefer man-hours needed to complete this monstrous task spent somewhere else. B-26 Marauder, Ju 86 (or 188 ), Do 17, G3M "Nell" just to name a few of the bombers that come to mind.

This, I think, was nothing more than wet dreams of histeric nazis who had no real connection with reality anymore. I simply cannot imagine any piston driven aircraft which would not get minced by US land based P-47 interceptors. Even hypothetical heavily laden jet bombers would find it extremely hard to fight through screen of thunderbolts, diving on them from high altitude at extreme speeds.
