August 4th was the day
the day Anne Frank and her family and friends were arrested.
Heard it on the radio, closing to a regular show where they say what happened in history on this day. Didin't even know that.
Got to read up on it. For how long were they hiding? And then arrested in August 44, when did the allies liberate Amsterdam? That's the city where they were hiding, right?
God, I should know all these things.
