its not only with beobachtungs- but with all kind of bullets.the loadouts dont work when set up in the menu and then loaded in quick- or stock single missions.but they will work if playing online, or self made single missions.and no....in game the beobachtungs ammo has no tracers!
this all is a bug in the loadout menu.
