I haven't looked into it for a while, but last time I did, 'Full Frames (Uncompressed)' and 'Cinepak Codec by Radius' were the only ones that worked for me.
I found though that 'Full Frames (Uncompressed)' results in video-file sizes that are just too big, so the 'Cinepak' compression was my only option, but I'm still not sure if the 'Cinekpak' codec is a default one that comes with the game or if it came with another program I've installed.
