PS i used to watch wings as a kid growing up (man i miss that show)
anyway i remember a few episodes where British and American pilots flew both 109 variants and 190's and gave glowing reviews of there flight characteristics and ability to dog fight.
Oh but they must have been completely biased towards there own planes and in no way could have said good things about the German planes just as pilots assessing planes my bad .......
this lot is always up for a fight aren't they lol
