It may not be what you want but as an experiment it should give you:

Secondary Controls (Compass heading, brakes etc) in bottom left, large blue font)
Motor graphic (throttle etc) just to right of Secondary Controls
(Radar Controller) Communications in top right, red font
Information and Chat in bottom right (Chat lines in larger font) in white or country font
A better stats layout down the center of the screen.

Leaves top left clear for the Tab commands
