You may try playing with different Aniso, AA, texture and mipmap settings in ATI Tray Tools (replacement for Control Center). I have both set to Application Controlled though.
Does any owner of nVidia card has this bug?

Thanks Ataros, I already reported in the bug-threads but I didn't get an answer, so I thought I was the only one to have it.
EDIT:
I just changed the Anisotropic filter to Application Controlled and the lines disappeared
