Your version is a final release.. all "beta patches" are just manual installs of actual official patches, released by devs to let us test it before making it "official patch".
To update your version to the latest one (currently 1.02.xxxx) you just need to start the sim from steam and it will automatically update.
If it doesnt open steam client -> games library -> right click on ClOD
The in the tab "Updates" you should find "Keep this updated via Steam Updater" or something like that.
