I should have known this would happen - for the record, there is no 'clean' English language, only
the English language. There are large cultural variations as to what is/isn't acceptable in everyday speech.
I'm just asking for clarification is all, I should have mailed Nearmiss about it directly. It was not my intention to start a 'debate', and this isn't the place for it.
