So yea i run the wide screen mod to get the menu to look rite at 1920x1080 and then i manually adjust the in game res by setting it on my Conf.ini. Below is just the Window portion but it works perfectly just make sure you mark enable re-size to 1 or it will always switch back to native. and also when you have it set like this and working don't change any settings in the graphics section of the menu in game or it will again revert you back to the older res settings for some reason it overrides
