test with geforce 8800gtx in a vista and geforce GTS 450 with seven:
same bug :

face and pants bug
edit resolved :

i have a conf.ini in my documents since the release of the game and the patchs modify the conf.ini

just delete this fuc*ing deprecated file in your document, and put the conf.ini of your steam folder to this damn repertory 1C softclub
